This in office role on an 8:6 roster supports on-ground operations with opportunities to mentor junior colleagues and engage with head office during visits.
You'll lead drill & blast design, QA, and stakeholder liaison, while driving continuous improvement and practical, actionable insights in a fast-paced mining environment.
