My client, a top tier bank based in Sydney, is looking to hire a senior derivatives lawyer to join their legal team.

Desired Experience

n

n
Core experience in drafting and negotiating derivatives trading documentation, including ISDAs, CSAs, CDEAs, GMRAs and GMSLAs.
n
Demonstrated understanding of netting opinions and regulatory requirements impacting derivatives trading documentation.
n
Experience in structured derivatives transactions, repurchase agreements and securities lending arrangements.
n
Experience in finance linked hedging and deal contingent hedging transactions, with demonstrated understanding of underlying facility agreements, inter-creditor and security agreements.
n
Experience in international markets (Asia, Europe, US) highly regarded.
n
Experience in global derivative regulations.
n
Senior ISDA Negotiators will also be considered.
