About the Role

n

You'll be at the core of the advice team—learning the ropes, contributing to real outcomes, and sharpening your skills every day.
n
Assist with research and analysis across all areas of tax structures, asset ownership with exposure to portfolio construction and management
n
Model scenarios and stress test strategies, prepare SoAs, ROAs, and client materials
n
Sit in on strategy sessions and learn how the advice really comes together
n
Engage with a close-knit, high-performing team who will support you all the way
n
What they're Looking For
n
You'll have finished your degree, already working in advice support and plan construction with a common thread of being driven to learn and your genuine interest in personal financial advice.

You'll bring:

Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to pick things up quickly

Current exposure to financial advice and plan construction
n
Confidence with technology (XPLAN experience a bonus, but not essential)

A team-first mindset and solid communication skills
