Base pay range
A$120,******/yr - A$125,******/yr
A high-performing agency based in North Sydney is looking for a Senior Paid Performance Manager to lead media strategy and execution across a small portfolio of retained clients.
The internal team includes senior strategists, account leads, and execs, all collaborative, focused, and low-ego.

Job Responsibilities
Take ownership of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Manage and optimise mid-to-high six-figure budgets
Align creative and messaging to the funnel stage and client goals
Collaborate with the executive team and two senior strategists on client direction
Present strategic updates and campaign insights directly to senior stakeholders
Oversee 4–6 retained B2C clients in professional services
Deliver work, not just delegate; you'll be hands-on




What They're Looking For
8+ years in paid performance, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
Proven experience working with large, complex B2C clients in skilled services
Someone who can show their impact, talk about campaigns to back it up
Hands-on experience with digital paid media, optimisation, and reporting
A commercial mindset with confidence in client-facing conversations
Professional, values-driven
Additional Information
$130,000 – $140,000 (inclusive of super)
