About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in bringing the brand to life across multiple channels and audiences.
This is a broad, end-to-end Marketing Manager role where you'll own campaigns, adviser events, brand assets, marketing operations and strategic initiatives while working closely with Sales, People & Culture and external partners.

DUTIES
Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, print and events
Plan and execute adviser, customer and internal events
Manage brand assets and ensure consistency across all touchpoints




Create marketing collateral, presentations and campaign communications
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Manage merchandise, print production and supplier relationships
Coordinate marketing approvals and maintain compliance registers
Manage marketing calendars, budgets and campaign reporting
Oversee marketing platforms, CRM systems and campaign administration
Drive process improvements through technology and AI
Skills & Experience
We're looking for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
You'll Ideally Bring
5+ years' experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role
Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution
Strong event management and stakeholder engagement experience
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Outstanding written communication and proofreading ability
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
High attention to detail and solid commercial acumen
Experience using CRM, marketing automation or CMS platforms
Experience within life insurance, financial services or another regulated industry will be highly regarded
Exposure to AI tools and marketing technology is advantageous
