HCLTech Australia is seeking a technically solid Remote Desktop Analyst to provide L1.5 and L2 remote IT support for a retail technology environment.
You will troubleshoot desktop, endpoint, access, network, and store device issues using remote tools and documented processes.
The role focuses on reducing downtime, improving first-time resolution, and ensuring operational continuity for store trading.
Relevant experience in Windows, AD, Microsoft 365, and ITIL practices is preferred.
