The Role
We're looking for motivatedSite Installers / Labourersto join our team based inPakenham, VIC.
You'll be hands-on in assembling, installing, and maintaining Groblox modular systems on-site at Australia's biggest events.
Your day-to-day will include:
Installing and dismantling event structures and modular systems




Working as part of a high-performing in office team
Reading and following plans or installation guides
Loading/unloading trucks and maintaining site organisationTravelling to major events and activation sites nationwide
What We're Looking For
Physically fit and able to handle hands-on work
Reliable, positive attitude, and team-focused mindset
Experience in events, construction, rigging, or site work (preferred but not essential)
Currentdriver's licence(mandatory)
White Card (bonus if you have it, or willing to get it)
