Job Description
BaptistCare is seeking a Service Scheduler in Home Care to coordinate and allocate services to care workers based on individual customer needs and worker availability, ensuring accurate records and smooth scheduling.
You will collaborate with Care Facilitators, develop rosters within the Enterprise Agreement, and confirm appointments with customers while addressing inquiries.
This full time role includes occasional in-office work and supports BaptistCare's mission across Australia.
