What You'll Be Doing

Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
n
Process orders, quotes and parts sales.
n
Track deliveries and chase up orders.
n
Source parts (including tricky backorders).
n
Work with teams across the business to get the job done.
n

What We Are Looking For

n

n
Experience in customer service or admin.
n
Robust communication and problem‐solving skills.
n
Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
n
Attention to detail and a team‐first attitude.
n




Experience with systems (SAP / CRM / ERP) is a bonus.
