Job Description

Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join the Workers' Compensation team in Sydney on a 12-month parental leave contract. You will advise on complex NSW workers' compensation matters, with hybrid work arrangements balancing in-house duties and external panel work.

You will shape strategic management of litigated claims, partner with claims specialists, and provide commercially focused legal guidance to minimise liabilities and support injured team members.
