As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders, focusing on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and identifying top talent while ensuring a solid candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist with a strong background recruiting within the media, advertising, marketing, creative, digital, or agency sectors.

You'll bring:
Proven sourcing experience in an RPO, agency, embedded, or in-house environment
Solid knowledge of the media and advertising talent landscape
Experience identifying and engaging specialist talent across creative, client services, strategy, digital, marketing, and corporate functions
Solid sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping capability
Effective stakeholder and recruiter collaboration skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a build-and-scale environment
