About the Company

Nu Style Shutters specializes in home improvement products such as roller shutters, outdoor and indoor blinds, security doors/window screens, and louvre shutters . With over 20 years of experience, the company has helped Perth families enhance their homes. The business is rapid growing and looking for a dynamic sales consultant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
In-house consultations: Conduct consultations and create quotations using the company’s pricing system for clients across the Perth Metro area.
Building rapport: Develop quick relationships with potential clients and maintain a strong product knowledge.
Lead management: Leads are generated and scheduled internally. The consultant will confirm appointments and follow up on quotes.
Administration: Daily administrative duties, including following up on quotes.

Requirements:
Must have a Minimum 2 years’ experience of Residential in-house sales, with solid presentation, negotiating and closing skills.




Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Self-motivated and willing to learn.
As a sub-contractor you must have your own Company set up including GST and all Insurances and Liabilities.

Advantages:
Business within a business: High commissions with earnings between $150,000 to $180,000 in the first year (It is a commission based earning only and has no base salary).
Company car (once promoted).
Full training provided (product knowledge, company procedures, and support).
Work mobile and plan provided.
