We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our Brisbane Airport concept store. Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE

Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.

Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
n
Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
n
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
n
Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
n
ASIC pass provided.

Tues to Saturday roster.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

n

n
2+ years' experience managing a quick-paced high volume fashion retail store.
n
Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
n
A solid leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
n
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
n
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
n
Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
n
A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
