Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Robust utilities sector experience, preferably within Australian retail energy or utility environments.
Demonstrated experience managing strategic relationships with product vendors and executive leadership teams.
Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformations involving customer, billing, and retail platforms.
Prior experience in Western Australia or government-owned utility settings is highly desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership, governance, and accountability for the retail transformation program.
Manage executive stakeholders, Steering Committees, and key decision-making forums while maintaining alignment to program objectives.
Partner with the utility, product vendor,



and delivery partners to establish a single source of truth for scope, schedule, risks, and outcomes.
Drive proactive risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management to protect business operations and customer outcomes.
Prevent scope creep and ensure all changes are formally assessed, governed, and approved. Hold vendors and delivery partners accountable for quality, delivery commitments, and program outcomes.
Work closely with business leaders to ensure parallel operational activities are not adversely impacted during the transformation.
