About the Role
We are looking for ahands-on Assistant Accountantto support fund accounting, portfolio reporting, and day-to-day finance operations.
Reporting to the Finance lead, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate fund reporting and smooth operational processes, while gaining exposure to portfolio management and financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Accounting & Operations
Assist withdaily / weekly / monthly NAV calculations
Performtrade and cash reconciliations
Supportmanagement & performance fee calculations
Maintaingeneral ledger, journals, and bank reconciliations
Assist in preparingmonthly reports and working papers
Liaise withadministrators, auditors, and service providers
Corporate / Standard Accounting




Assist withmonth-end close processes
Prepare and postjournals, accruals, and prepayments
Performbank and balance sheet reconciliations
Support preparation offinancial statements and management reports
Assist withaccounts payable / receivable (as required)
Supportaudit and compliance processes
Requirements
2–4 years accounting experience (financial services preferred)
Strong understanding ofreconciliations and accounting basics
Experience with Xero / MYOB (or similar)
CA/CPA (in progress preferred)
