We are looking for a reliable HR Truck Driver to join our waste collection team, operating a rear-lift garbage truck across Melbourne.
Position: Casual / Part time
Yard Location: Ravenhall, VIC
Hours: Early morning start – early finish
Saturday availability is essential
About the Role
Drive a rear-lift waste collection truck
Collect commercial waste and recycling bins
Complete scheduled collection routes safely and efficiently
Carry out basic daily truck checks
Maintain a skilled and friendly approach with customers
Keep the truck and work area clean and organised
Requirements
Current HR Driver Licence – essential
Must be available to work Saturdays
Reliable and punctual, especially for early morning starts
Good driving record
Able to work independently
Physically fit and comfortable getting in and out of the truck regularly
Valuable knowledge of Melbourne roads is an advantage
Previous waste industry / rear-lift truck experience is highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right person
