As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.
Working within a supportive team, you'll build strong customer relationships while helping customers with their enquiries across multiple channels.
Thesepermanent part-time opportunitiesoffer20 to 25 hours per weekwith flexible scheduling acrossMonday to Sunday, between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

What you'll be doing
Delivering outstanding customer support via phone, email, live chat and social media
Responding to customer enquiries and providing timely, accurate solutions
Processing orders, returns, payments and account updates
Maintaining accurate records across customer systems
Working collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience
What we're looking for




Previous experience in customer service, retail or a contact centre setting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using multiple systems and digital platforms
A positive, empathetic and customer-focused approach
