The SWATCH Group in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to support clients in our boutique's after-sales service operations.
You will diagnose issues, propose corrective interventions, and assist the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include interacting with clients to identify service and warranty needs, performing quick repairs in line with Omega standards, and maintaining accurate client records while contributing to sales
