Journey Early Learning is opening a brand-new centre in Lucknow, Victoria, in November ****, and we're looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead the centre from day one.

About the Role
As our inaugural Centre Manager, you'll lead the centre's opening and establish a strong, connected and high-performing team.
You'll provide operational and pedagogical leadership while building relationships with children, families and the local community.
You'll be responsible for:
Recruiting, onboarding and developing your team
Establishing a positive and high-performing centre culture
Driving occupancy and centre growth
Supporting quality educational outcomes
Building strong relationships with families and the local community
Leading day-to-day centre operations and compliance
You'll be supported by an experienced Centre Quality Manager and dedicated central support teams, providing you with the guidance and resources to succeed.

About You
We're looking for an experienced early childhood leader who is ready to make their mark.
You will have:
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent
Previous Centre Manager experience, or significant Assistant Centre Manager experience ready to take the next step
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Protected Standards
Experience managing centre operations, occupancy and financial performance
A passion for mentoring, coaching and developing educators
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Genuine interest in relocating to regional Victoria and becoming part of the local community
Valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain
