Are you a skilled Network Engineer ready to step into a role that blends business-as-usual support with hands-on project work?
We're looking for a motivated professional with strong technical expertise and stakeholder engagement skills to join our team, supporting both private sector and federal government clients.
About the Role
This role offers a dynamic mix of BAU operations and project delivery.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and support the delivery of critical projects.
You'll also contribute to documentation, change processes, and maintain robust working relationships across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve BAU network issues via ticketing systems
Deliver project outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders
Create and update technical documentation for support and project handover
Contribute to change management documentation and implementation
Support a range of accounts across the private and government sectors
Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with stakeholders
️ What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in network operations and support
Hands-on knowledge of Cisco and/or Aruba wireless networking (certs preferred)
Routing & switching expertise (Cisco and/or Juniper - certs preferred)
Familiarity with data centre, access, and wireless network environments
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in a Managed Services environment
Comfortable in high-paced, high-pressure settings
Nice to Have:
SD-WAN experience (any vendor)
LAN Fabric knowledge (any vendor)




Exposure to network security technologies (e.g. Palo Alto, Fortigate)
Azure networking experience
Robust multi-vendor troubleshooting skills
Other Requirements
Must be based in QLD, NSW or ACT
Must hold Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance
Willingness to participate in an on-call roster
