Role Overview
Senior Legal Liability Claims Manager at a national claims specialist provider.
Work in a hybrid arrangement (2–3 days on site, remaining from home).
Responsible for managing a personal injury and general liability claims portfolio, assessing liability and financial exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the National Liability Manager and a team of legal qualified professionals.
Manage a portfolio of personal injury and general liability claims.
Assess liabilities and financial exposure for each case.
Provide expertise on insurance principles, policies, and regulations.
Analyze data, assess risks, and recommend effective solutions.
Qualifications
Law degree (essential).
Proven experience managing personal injury or liability claims.




Experience within a general insurance business and some private practice exposure is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.
Proficiency in industry‐specific software and Microsoft Office Suite.
