Advanced Fresh Concepts (AFC) in Melbourne seeks a Food Safety Specialist to lead GMP audits, investigate complaints with root-cause analysis, and ensure Food Safety Supervisor compliance across all kiosks.
You will train franchisees on AFC's Food Safety Program and support audit readiness with AFC on-site representation.
The role requires practical QA experience in retail food or QSR, robust auditing and training skills, and willingness to travel between kiosk locations to maintain standards
