Job Description
GTS is currently seeking a qualified S26 Electrical Supervisor to join our Technical Services department.
We are offering permanent, full-time positions that offer the opportunity to work on diverse projects and develop your technical skills.
As an Electrical Supervisor at GTS, you will be responsible for:




Direct and manage field staff in line with Company strategy
Assist where possible in the technical aspects of the jobs
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Manage the day to day site works and maintain quality standards
Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback and coaching
Ensure company KPI targets are met
Supervise sub-contractors where required
Complete site visits and assist in developing detailed work scopes
Drive a very high level of safety compliance
Coordinating with project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives
This roleoffers the opportunity to contribute to a agile team environment while honing your technical expertise.
Annual salary $185,******.
2/2 Roster to Newman.
Desired Skills and Experience
Academic or Trade Qualifications:
Current WA Full Electrical License
Manual Australian Drivers License
Min. 5 years in the electrical industry
Min. 2 years of supervision
Must be able to legally work in Australia
Effective time management
Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship management
