Overview
Fusion5 is seeking a Technical Team Lead with deep expertise in integration middleware and a passion for AI-driven development to guide and grow our integration team in Melbourne.
The role combines hands-on technical capability with leadership and mentoring to implement smart, scalable integration solutions for ANZ's innovative businesses.
You'll work with a collaborative team of consultants, developers, and delivery specialists across cross-cloud integration projects.
This role is ideal for someone who blends hands-on technical capability with leadership and mentoring skills.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of integration consultants and developers
Champion technical excellence across enterprise-scale integration projects
Manage team resourcing, workloads, and professional development
Collaborate with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored integration solutions
Ensure delivery meets Fusion5's standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in cloud-based integration across platforms like AWS, Azure, and MuleSoft




A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for AI/ML and how emerging tech can enhance service delivery
Strong background in middleware, APIs, and system connectivity
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience in technical teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence working with enterprise clients and navigating complex solution landscapes
A passion for continuous improvement and technical leadership
Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
