Job Description
Brisbane-based Senior Town Planner is sought to join the client-side team, expanding the in-house planning function for a Queensland portfolio.
You will lead development applications, manage RFIs, and maintain council relationships while guiding design and project managers on planning matters.
You will work autonomously on diverse projects, including change of use, floor plan optimisation, site approvals, and complex zoning matters for 250+ venues.
