Occupational Therapist to service Northern Melbourne suburbs

Ability Rehab is looking to expand our Occupational Therapy Team. We are looking for:

n

New Graduate/Early Career clinicians through to experienced therapists.

n

Passionate OTs who are looking to work within a dynamic and innovative Occupational Therapy team, alongside an exceptional Speech Pathology team.

n

An OT that likely lives in close proximity to the Northern Melbourne suburbs as the caseload is between this area and the clinic in Ivanhoe East

n

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Tailored caseload to your area of interest in the adult population (Mental health, ASD/ID/Developmental, Neurological/Physical, or a combination of these). Create the caseload that you are passionate about and that challenges you to develop and grow.

Daily contact and support from a large group of OTs (18) who have diverse clinical experience and knowledge.

A focus on ongoing learning and development, with dedicated learning time embedded into your weekly schedule.

n

Directors that are OTs (with over 20 years experience each) and are involved in your day-to-day support and career journey.

Weekly learning modules to support your ongoing learning and development.

n

Monthly peer supervision that promotes peer-to-peer learning and acknowledges the strengths of all members of the team.

PD budget of min $1000/yr plus two days leave to complete this

About You

n

AHPRA Registered (or soon to be).

n

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy

n

Excellent communication and time management skills

n

Current driver's license
