We are seeking a reliable, caring and safety-focusedSpecial Needs School Bus Driverto join our team based at ourDandenong Depot.

Location:Dandenong, VIC
n Hours:Monday to Friday

n

Morning Shift:6:45am – 9:45am
n
Afternoon Shift:2:05pm – 5:05pm
n

n

This role is ideal for parents returning to the workforce, or anyone looking for consistent hours with school-friendly schedules.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Safely transport students with special needs to and from school.
n
Provide a positive, supportive and respectful experience for students.
n
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle safety checks.
n
Follow designated routes and schedules.
n
Work closely with bus aides, parents, schools and management.
n
Ensure compliance with all road safety and company procedures.
n

About You

n

n
Hold a currentMR Licence(or higher).
n




Have a currentDriver Accreditation(or be willing to obtain).
n
Hold a validWorking with Children Check.
n
Demonstrate patience, compassion and excellent communication skills.
n
Maintain a skilled and reliable approach to work.
n
Have a robust commitment to safety and customer service.
n
