We are seeking a motivated, hands‐on Logistics Manger/Stock Controller to join our Warrnambool team. This is a wide-ranging role that combines transport coordination, stock control and forklift operations to ensure our products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate customer deliveries, schedules and site delivery requirements.
n
Manage the maintenance schedules and servicing of company trucks, trailers and forklifts.
n
Control timber stock levels, including ordering and inventory management.
n
Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
n
Complete delivery documentation and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
n
Manage company drivers, including scheduling, compliance and daily operations.
n
Ensure deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
n
Maintain a safe, organised and effective transport yard.
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by coordinating deliveries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

Previous experience in transport, logistics or stock control.

Robust organisational and time management skills.
n
Ability to work independently in a hands‐on role.
n
Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills.
