Oversee all sub-contractors &manage; the quality of finishes

Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets

Ensure program measures are being met and client is kept up to date

Experiencewith site managing new build commercial projects
n
Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
n
Positive attitude with the right temperament
n
Ability to communicate effectively &drive; program

You will Receive

Employment witha commercial builder withstrong project pipeline

$170-200k package, based on years of experience
n




Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
n
