We are looking for a Business Manager in Automotive Finance & Insurance to join our vehicle sales team. Working closely with our F&I; Business Manager and Sales Manager you will be responsible for providing our customers with the best automotive solutions available.

n

Commencement Duties:

n

Training & Development with:

n

Sales & Delivery of all Finance Solutions
n
Sales & Delivery of all Insurance solutions
n
Sales & Delivery of all Aftermarket solutions
n

n

Administrative duties that include:

n

n
System Processing – stock control
n
VIP Customer program management & delivery
n

n

It is expected within 6 months the successful applicant will be responsible for:

n

n
Sales & Delivery of
n
Finance Solutions
n
Insurance Solutions
n
Aftermarket Solutions
n
Assisting with vehicle stock control
n
Meeting and exceeding monthly performance measures
n




Drive to meet high conversions and sales rates while ensuring the customers best interest come first
n
Strengthen relationships between customers and the dealership
n

Solid analytical and decision making skills

Ability to be think on your feet and outside the box for our customers
n
Solid customer service skills and eager to be part of a robust sales team.

Ability to double close deals and assist the Sales Consultants
n
Must be detail orientated and process driven Ability to work autonomously
n
Ability to work across multiple sites
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
High level of computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite
n
Hold necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to rapidly acquire
