As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our Alterations team on a casual basis.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in exceptional workmanship and enjoys working within a warm close knit team in a professional boutique environment.
Key responsibilities:
Completing high-quality bridal alterations and garment finishing
Operating an industrial sewing machine confidently
Performing precise hand sewing and delicate finishing work
Managing garment quality control to ensure every gown meets our standards
Handling bridal gowns and delicate fabrics with exceptional care




Working closely with the boutique team to meet fitting and completion deadlines
The successful candidate will have:
Previous professional sewing or garment alteration experience
Experience using an industrial sewing machine
Robust hand‐sewing skills
An excellent eye for detail and garment quality
A careful, patient and reliable approach
A willingness to learn our bridal alteration techniques and processes
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability for up to three days per week
Experience with bridal gowns, formal wear or delicate fabrics is highly regarded.
