About You
You are aclinically capable, committed and dependableindividual who genuinely supports residents, families and your team through every stage of their care journey.




You will also bring:
At least 1 year of experience in a Care Manager role within residential aged care
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience leading and supporting nursing and care teams
Experience working within a residential aged care environment
Confidence managing clinical, resident and family matters
A genuine commitment to finding a long-term opportunity and building stability within your next role
