Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow OMT Integration Engineer to join a growing technology team delivering complex telecommunications and order management solutions.
As a ServiceNow OMT Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting ServiceNow solutions with a solid focus on telecommunications order management, orchestration and systems integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow OMT solutions
Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP and IntegrationHub
Configure and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows and fulfilment processes
Work across complex enterprise environments integrating with multiple third-party systems
Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions
Support ongoing platform enhancements and optimisation initiatives
Key Requirements
2-3+ years' hands-on ServiceNow experience
Proven experience with ServiceNow OMT (Order Management forTelecommunications)




Strong experience delivering enterprise integrations
Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
Solid ServiceNow development and configuration skills
Experience working withintelecommunications,order management or fulfilment environments
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Experience with telecom OSS/BSS platforms
Exposure to order orchestration and fulfilment processes
This role is ideal for a hands-on ServiceNow professional with 2-3+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong integration capabilities, and proven experience working with Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT/SOMT).
Please note: OMT experience is essential for this role.
