Balanced Billable Expectations




27 billable hours/week including therapy, reports, emails, longer calls, and travel.
Targets are reduced for supervision duties.
Bonus paid weekly at time-and-a-halfif you go over your target.

Extra Perks
Salary: $110,000-$150,000 + Super depending on experience
Reimbursed Travel: Mileage paid weekly for any community work 99c per km.
Ongoing Development:$2,000 annual PD allowance (pro rata), 3 paid PD days, and optional external monthly supervision

Requirements
Leadership experience required
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers licence and own vehicle
