Job Description
Uniting AgeWell Braybook is seeking a dedicated Activities Worker to join our team on a Part time basis working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (08:30am to 16:30pm).
The Activities Worker will assist clients to participate in social support programs aligned with their goals, helping them remain engaged with the community through centre-based and home/community options.
You will liaise with the Centre Coordinator and TEAM to assess needs and ensure up-to-date service plans, delivering
