The Opportunity:
If you’re an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter Komatsu has a 7:7 roster in Welshpool, 12 hours per shift, in our Reman workshop. As part of our Remanufacturing team, you will be working in our contemporary workshop working with a great crew.
Our 7:7 roster is available in Welshpool to give you the flexibility of a mining roster and be home every night.
Key Responsiblities:
Achieve high standards of workmanship in line with company quality guidelines
Meet production deadlines and targets as per schedule
Ability to follow Standard Working Procedures and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that timesheets and relevant documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow directives from Leading Hand’s/Supervisors/Production Manager
What we are looking for:
Plant Mechanic trade certificate or equivalent
Experience with Remanufacturing components (Powertrain - highly regarded)
Ability to work 12 hours shifts
Commitment to safety for yourself and others
Dogging Certificate
