Group Training Coach - BFT Croydon and Lilydale

We're excited to announce that both BFT Croydon and BFT Lilydale are under new ownership and growing - and we need enthusiastic, qualified trainers to join us. If you're energetic, client-focused and flexible to work across both studios, we'd love to hear from you. Start date: ASAP.

Prospect to build regular hours across two nearby studios and grow with us

What we're looking for

n

Qualified group fitness instructors or personal trainers (relevant certifications required)

n

Current first aid/CPR and working with children check (or ability to obtain quickly)

n

Versatile availability across Croydon and Lilydale (daytime,



evenings, weekends as needed)

n

Reliable, excellent with people, and committed to delivering safe, engaging classes

n

Duties

n

Deliver high-quality group training sessions consistent with BFT standards

n

Provide excellent customer service and support studio managers

n

Help with studio set-up/pack-down and light admin tasks when needed

n

Contribute to a positive environment and help grow our member base

n
