Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and passionate team member to join our retail pet supplies store in Dandenong. This role is Casual or Part-time including weekdays and Saturday.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, recommending products, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily retail operations across our store.

n

If you love working with people and have retail experience we'd love to hear from you! Hands-on experience in a pet store environment is a plus, but not required. Retail / customer service experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide valuable customer service
n
Assisting customers with pet care and product recommendations
n
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
n
Restock shelves, unpack deliveries,



and rotate stock
n
Supporting day-to-day store operations
n

About you

n

Great customer service and communication skills
n
Responsible, Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a team
n
Physically capable of lifting bags up to 25kg
n
Proactive, warm and approachable
n
Retail or customer service experience is highly regarded (particularly experience in a Pet Supplies Store)
