Responsibilities

n

n
Deliver commercial construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
n
Plan, program, and manage project delivery.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
n
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
n
Manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.
n
Oversee procurement, contracts, and variations.
n
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
n
Identify and mitigate project risks.
n
Conduct site inspections and oversee quality assurance.
n
Drive safety compliance across all projects.
n
Report project performance to Directors.
n

About You

n

n
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit-out industry.
n
Solid track record delivering large-scale commercial fit-out projects across sectors such as hospitality, retail, workplace, and education.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
Robust commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and costs.
n
Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
n
Relevant construction qualifications and a White Card.
n
