What you will be doing:
Greeting our guests with a beaming smile and a warm attitude to make them feel welcome and recognised.
Master our products like a pro and find those golden chances to super-size those sales!
Explain the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide suitable assistance when making recommendations.
Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests.
Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy.
Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
Promote a secure workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general OHS practises.

Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
Confident in managing both internal and external clients using your expertise.
A high standard of grooming and presentation.
The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings (5am), late evenings and on weekends.
Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate - Victoria.
