An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Associate or Manager to join a high-performing Forensic Accounting team within a leading skilled services firm.

About the Role
As a Senior Associate or Manager in the Brisbane Forensic Accounting team, you will work on a broad range of forensic engagements with a primary focus on Dispute Advisory assignments.
You will have the opportunity to develop your career while working with a motivated team on complex and interesting cases.
Assessment of loss and damage for class action proceedings
Valuation of minority interest in large Queensland-based manufacturer for Shareholder Oppression proceedings
Assessment of economic loss in large insurance litigation claims
Complex valuations for family law and estate disputes
Dispute resolution for retail chain acquisition
Multi-year transaction review for misreporting and alleged fraud investigation




Key Responsibilities
Business valuations
Commercial loss and damage claims
Insurance events
Accounting reviews and investigations
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
Provide trusted expert advice to clients
Conduct detailed review and analysis of business financial performance
Research and analyze business, industry and economic data
Participate in business development and practice management activities
Provide coaching, mentoring and training to team members
Required Skills and Experience
Significant forensic accounting experience, preferably in public practice
Experience preparing valuation reports and/or commercial loss and damage reports for disputes
Strong analytical skills with lateral and critical thinking capability
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9-day fortnight with no salary reduction
