Senior Accountant (Property) - first movers welcome
This is a newly created role in a high‐growth asset manager.
The role is blended across property, fund and corporate accounting.
Base pay range
A$100,******/yr - A$120,******/yr

Blended role across property, fund and corporate accounting
Suits first mover with property clients or experienced accountant in property
$*******K package + 20% STI
Our client is an established global property group with approximately $5 billion AUM and a growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
Drive consolidated financial reporting for the group.
Month‐end closing for corporate entities.
Reforecast and annual budget preparation.
Company tax compliance (income tax, GST, FBT & payroll tax).
Allocate workload: 20% property accounting, 30% fund consolidation reporting,



20% corporate accounting/month‐end work, 30% quarterly management reporting including investor reporting.
Qualifications
CA or CPA‐qualified accountant.
Prior experience in the real estate space (first mover with real estate clients orcorporate/property/fundaccounting background from a property group/asset manager).
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and sophisticated stakeholder engagement capability.
