Job Description

EVT Limited is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the Conference & Events team at Sails by Rydges Port Macquarie. You will oversee floor operations during events and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences by coordinating with Conference & Events and Culinary teams.

The role requires robust leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work wide-ranging shifts including evenings and weekends. RSA certification is desirable or willingness to obtain.
