As a Technology Support Analyst, you'll provide a seamless technology experience for our employees through a blend of remote Service Desk and onsite support. You'll troubleshoot a broad range of technology issues, support onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain workplace and collaboration technology, and work closely with colleagues and vendors to keep our people connected, productive and supported.

What you'll be doing:
Deliver responsive end-user support across Service Desk and onsite channels.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, connectivity and workplace technology issues.
Support employee onboarding, offboarding and device lifecycle management.
Maintain meeting room, AV and collaboration technologies.
Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve user outcomes.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify trends and recommend enhancements to support processes and the employee technology experience.
