ALH Hotels is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Brown Jug Inn in a hands-on, leadership role. Base salary is $80,000 plus super, a bonus scheme and group-wide discounts. You will help run the pub, ensure elite hospitality and supervise a team across bar, bistro and gaming operations.

You’ll work in a vibrant, community-focused venue, delivering gold-class service and solid operational standards while building relationships with locals and staff alike.
