McPherson's is home to some of Australia's favourite health and beauty brands including Lady Jayne, Manicare, Swisspers, Fusion Health, and Dr. LeWinn's. We're looking for a driven Territory Manager/ Sales Representative that is looking to take the next step as a Business Development Manager to help us grow these brands where it matters in pharmacies across the Gold Coast area.

What you'll do

n
Own and grow a portfolio of high‐potential retail partners
n
Drive sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution
n
Execute the "Perfect Store" model – from planograms to displays and POS activation
n
Build strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff
n
Capture and share competitor insights and on-the-ground opportunities
n




Report on store-level execution using Salesforce to keep us ahead of the game
n

About you

n
3+ years' experience in sales or business development (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG helpful & experience is preferred)
n
Track record of meeting or tracking sales targets
n
Robust relationship-builder with a proactive, hands-on approach
n
Able to travel across your territory
n
