Troocoo Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Care Manager for a full-time opportunity with an established aged care provider in Mirani, QLD.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced aged care leader to take on a key management role within a supportive organisation.

About the Role As Care Manager, you will provide leadership across clinical care and day-to-day operations, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing the care team.

Experience: Minimum 3 years' aged care management experience preferred

About You We are looking for an experienced aged care qualified who can demonstrate:




Previous experience in an aged care management or senior leadership position
Robust knowledge of residential aged care operations and clinical standards
Excellent leadership and people-management skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
The ability to lead a team with confidence, empathy and accountability
