Key responsibilities
Support the Director with day-to-day operations
Manage multiple tasks and stay organised with attention to detail
Handle professional phone communications
Solve problems and support clients and staff
Assist with administrative and computer-based tasks
About you
Highly organised, detail-focused and able to stay on top of multiple tasks
Excellent and qualified phone manner
Natural problem solver
Enjoys dealing with people and has a solid service mentality
Motivated to improve career and create greater financial security
Quick learner who can embrace and implement new ideas
Strong communication, administration and computer skills
Reliable, skilled and willing to go the extra mile
Queensland real estate licence or registration certificate
Current Queensland Driver Licence and fully insured, registered and maintained vehicle
