Contract Opportunity (EOI): IBSS Senior Administrator (Holocentric IBSS / Modeller v8) – ERP BOC BMS
SFIA Level 5 (BSMO) | Baseline Clearance (Mandatory) | ACT (Campbell Park / Russell) or pre-approved remote

We're currently seeking an IBSS Senior Administrator to lead the design and development of a new ERP BOC Business Management System (BMS) instance within the Holocentric IBSS platform for the Department of Defence.
This is a Key Position requiring strong enterprise BPM capability, deep Holocentric IBSS expertise, and the confidence to engage across a federated governance model spanning seven Directorates.
As the IBSS Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end build and publication of the ERP BOC BMS, including:
Hands-on configuration and administration within Holocentric IBSS
Structured stakeholder engagement and requirements capture across 7 Directorates
Detailed data mapping and migration planning from multiple repositories
Development of role-based access permissions and governance-aligned views
Delivery of a published BMS plus a complete handover pack (documentation, artefacts, SOP support)
This role operates at SFIA Level 5 (BSMO) and will suit someone who can balance practical platform delivery with structured governance and stakeholder alignment.
Engage with the established BMS Working Group (BMSWG) across seven Directorates
Identify and document business requirements for internal and external-facing BMS content
Clarify and structure: service offerings, roles, responsibilities, policies, procedures, and training artefacts
Drive improvements in process clarity, efficiency, accountability, and compliance
Conduct structured data mapping from key source repositories, including:
Deliverables include:
Formal approvals from relevant Directorate Points of Contact (POCs)
Develop high-level storyboards covering:
Storyboards to define:
Structure, navigation, and content layout
Page descriptions and content intent
Draft versions circulated for Working Group review and approval
Build draft BMS environments within the draft platform
Configure process models, content links, and governance structures
Establish role-based views and permissions for internal and external stakeholders
Finalise and publish approved BMS sites
Identify ERP BOC roles and responsibilities
Design and map access permissions (documented in Excel)
Ensure alignment with governance and compliance requirements
Obtain formal approvals from Directorate POCs
Support modelling of current-state and improved-state processes
Improve visibility of end-to-end processes across Directorates
Support readiness for future programs (e.g., ERP tranches, EIM)
Contribute to process standardisation and removal of duplication
Support opportunities for automation and broader transformation initiatives
Provide a structured handover and knowledge transfer pack, including:
Detailed instructions for platform maintenance and ongoing administration
Access control management guidance
Artefacts delivered as part of handover:
Approved storyboards
Published BMS documentation and site structure records
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed, you'll bring strong delivery capability plus confidence operating in a federated enterprise environment:
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Holocentric IBSS / Modeller v8
Strong Business Process Management (BPM)
capability within federated governance models
Experience designing and implementing enterprise Business Management Systems (BMS)
Proven experience with data migration planning and repository rationalisation
Experience designing role-based access controls (RBAC) and permission models
Ability to operate at SFIA Level 5 (BSMO)
Solid stakeholder engagement skills across multiple business units
Defence or broader Federal Government experience
Experience transitioning from SharePoint to IBSS environments
Experience working within structured enterprise governance frameworks
