Leverage your clinical skills, experience and knowledge to aid in empowering clients return to work!
What you will be doing:
Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities
Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
Help clients return to work or find recent employment, including job coaching and workplace modifications.
Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace




Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
Why this role:
Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $120,000k + Super (experience dependent).

What you will need:
Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
AHPRA Registration
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
Additional information
Above market salaries of $120,000 + Super + Incentives + Bonus
Travel Allowance of $7,000 + PD Allowance of $1,200
